Learn before you start up — including failing at a startup.

Nicely worded thoughts Jon. I want to share an opposite viewpoint. I believe waiting to learn is equally harmful. Life is all about learning and it goes on endlessly. At a certain point we need to put our heads down and actually do. Busy learning, it becomes difficult to know when that time is.

Towards this, I truly believe that it is equally necessary for these young graduates to give a shot at building a company with their eager eyes and then letting failure grasp them. Eventually, they get employed and learn better.

Only this time, we’ll know the exact moment to jump in again.

(Eagerly waiting for your Medium publication Jon!)
